  • Which course do I take?

    We recommend that all Live Event Professionals take both courses. Start with What Every Producer Should Know. If you are hiring or training event staff, particularly anyone for health and safety, you should also take the Hiring, Training, & Managing the COVID-19 Compliance Officer Course. If you are a COVID-19 Compliance Officer or interested in becoming one, you should also take the course.

  • How long does it take to complete the courses?

    What Every Producer Should Know takes approximately 5 hours to complete. Hiring, Training, & Managing the COVID-19 Compliance Officer takes approximately 3 hours to complete. The trainings are on-demand so you can pause whenever you would like, no need to do it all at once.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    From the time the course is purchased, you have access to all content for 30 days.

  • Is the information current?

    We update the courses as needed so they are up to date when you take them. For additional updates follow The Event Ally on social media. We post industry-specific COVID-19 updates regularly.

  • Who teaches the courses?
